Which is the procedure to activate a new hosting acount?
After submitting your order, you will receive a phone call during the hours you indicated in order to confirm your order. After confirming you order, you will receive in your e-mail within the next 30 minutes your hosting account details (username/password for control panel, the IP to which you'll upload your files and other information). You can start publishing your website without having to deposit the required amount first, like other companies demand. The cost must be deposited within two (2) business days since the account creation. Please note that in case you've requested an international domain name, it will be available the next business day after your deposit.
What are the payment methods?
You can pay via bank deposit in one of our bank accounts (Alpha, National, Eurobank, Piraeus), via credit/debit card or via direct payment in our offices (Arrianou 1 Alimos). We accept VISA, Mastercard and AMEX. After depositing, please notify us via a ticket in the HelpDesk including your payment details (Bank, Branch, Date etc) or call us.

How can I reach you in case of emergency?
When becoming a client of ours, you will be given a special page in which you can enter the problems you face. When your problem is submitted, an SMS is automatically sent to the technician on duty who will contact you immediately to solve your problem.
